Starting with the April 22nd patch, SAP SuccessFactors will create

Portal in the “What’s new” section. |

Updated Trainings |

training materials in our SuccessFactors Admin Learning Center
(SFALC) were updated on March 31. Taking advantage of – and
maintaining -- training and SFX Accreditation makes a significant
positive difference to your company’s customer experience and
increases your own profile. If you haven’t done so, please consider
it!
Admins have reported challenges to accessing the SFALC and we want
you to know that we hear you loud and clear! To simplify the
process we are making changes to the SFALC login workflow that we
hope to deliver in the coming 1-2 quarters. |

you used Peer Match lately? This customer to customer connection
tool enables you to search topics, find advisors with matching
expertise, and filter for industry, company size, or language.
Click ‘Contact Me’ on an advisor’s profile to start your
connection.
The tool will enter Phase 2 in the coming weeks! Expect new
features, like a feedback mechanism and operational improvements.
When these updates become available, a new Resources and Updates
blog post will provide details.
