Cloud Availability Center replacing Cloud Maintenance Dashboards

We are excited to
launch the new Cloud Availability Center for SAP SuccessFactors customers!
The Cloud Availability Center is a personalized cloud dashboard that
consolidates views for service availability, performance, and service level
uptime reporting. The Cloud Status and Maintenance Dashboards will be retired
and replaced by the new cloud dashboard on September 29. |

Final notice! TLS 1.0 Upgrade |
||||
|
||||
A reminder that this
weekend, September 30th, SuccessFactors is upgrading a security protocol and
you may need to take action to avoid disruption. We are disabling Transport
Layer Security (TLS) 1.0. While this will not affect many customers, some of
you who use older versions of browsers, platforms or integrated applications
may need to ensure compatibility with TLS 1.1 or 1.2 to avoid disruption. |

Universal Upgrade Q3 2018 – Fiori, People Profile and Home Page

As announced in last
month's Compass, in Q3 2018 we will automatically upgrade all customers to
our top notch Fiori user experience, in combination with People Profile and
Home Page 3. We encourage you not to wait for the push, but to transition
early. Ask us questions on the Platform Product page, share your own
experiences, and switch these features on in your test instance. |

MDF Picklist Migrations on hold |

|
||||
To simplify your
ability to manage all picklists in one place (Picklist Center), we are moving
all current picklist data to the Meta Data Framework (MDF). However, we are
delaying this migration to Q2 2018 to avoid interfering with many customers'
busiest HR season. |

Report Center is now available! |
|
As of the Q3
release, Report Center is available to all of our customers and will hugely
benefit your report management. Read the announcement, and find FAQs and
