SuccessConnect: Admin Track
A new track is being offered specifically for administrators at this year's SuccessConnect event, titled Empowerment and Support. The track is made up of four sessions designed to help system administrators get the most out of their SAP SuccessFactors solution investment with available services, support, tools, and best practices.

SuccessConnect: Customer Empowerment Center
Make sure to visit the Customer Empowerment Center (CEC) just outside the main show floor at SuccessConnect to learn about all the tools and offerings available to empower you throughout your SuccessFactors journey. One example is our new Peer Match tool that connects customers directly to engage on any topic related to their HR transformation! This year we will be presenting the HR Excellence Awards to some very deserving customers in an awards ceremony in the CEC, you won’t want to miss it!

We recently launched the new SuccessFactors Administrator Learning Center, your one-stop access point to top-quality SuccessFactors Administrator Training along with SFX Accreditation Exams and a variety of Learning Rooms to facilitate your learning experience. So what are you waiting for? Head on over to the Training page on the Community to get enabled and earn your SFX Accreditation today!

Customer Peer Match Program is NOW LIVE!
We are excited to announce the launch of the complete customer-to-customer Peer Match program, including the Search function. Peer Match connections will be made using self-service functionality in our Customer Community. To begin, click here or find Peer Match in the Resources drop-down menu on the Customer Community and select your search criteria. You will be provided a listing of contacts from our pool of customer advisors that have been identified to discuss their specific areas of interest. You can also become an Advisor anytime by updating your Peer Match profile information.

Help Portal Updates
Based on your feedback, we're implementing some exciting changes to the help portal at https://help.sap.com. Updates include easier access, simplified navigation, unified delivery, and more! Read more.

Recruiting Value Series Blog
The Recruiting Value Series blog is dedicated to sharing quick (less than 20 min) tips and tricks via video that you can view and share with your team. These best practices and quick wins are often shared during one-on-one workshops with customers and are now easily accessible to you via the Customer Community! Be sure to follow the blog to keep up on new content. We would love to hear about how you use the product and ideas you may have for topics to share in this series.

Cloud Learning Center
The Cloud Learning Center will remain open until September 30, 2016. We encourage all current CLC customers to begin using the SuccessFactors Administrator Learning Center as soon as possible. Beginning October 3, 2016, the Cloud Learning Center will be CLOSED and no longer available for use. To prevent disruption of learning, we urge customers to begin any new courses via the SuccessFactors Administrator Learning Center.

Legacy Plateau Features
With the Q4 2016 release, we will begin removing unsupported legacy features and modules from the SuccessFactors Learning product. This includes major features, such as competency assessments, performance reviews, goals, talent pools, and individual development plans. Competency records will remain in the system as competencies are still supported in Learning. The database tables for the user history for these features will not be removed from the Oracle database. You must import any system performance reports as custom reports in order to maintain access to those reports.

Standalone LMS Environments
With the Q3 2017 release, all Successfactors Learning customers will be required to run the LMS in an integrated environment with the Successfactors platform enabled. This change will only affect the small percentage of our customers who are not already using Successfactors Learning in an integrated environment.  If you have questions, please connect with your Customer Engagement Executive, who will explain the benefits of using Successfactors Learning in an integrated environment and help you formulate a plan for transition.

Current SuccessFactors Requirements
Support for Internet Explorer 9 and 10 was dropped with SAP SuccessFactors Q2 2016 release because Microsoft ended support for these browsers on January 12, 2016. Read more in the SuccessFactors System Requirements document.
