Issues with PeopleSoft Email collaboration for ePro-Req process 13 years 4 months ago #7437

Hello,
We are tying to enable email collaboration for ePro-Req process. Eventually we want to enable for other processes.

I used attached document that i got from this web-site to setup email collaboration. I am getting emails sent to me and when i approve and send it back, that mail is going to right mail box. Once that is done when i try to run EOAWEMC App Engine, it is dying. Please advise on how to fix this.

Hello, looks like you are not using 9.2 version of this document. There are 2 separate app engine jobs and queues to enable. Please use this attached document.Hopefully this helps.

Also, please ensure that you have nodes properly configured.

Thank you that helped. Multiple things changed, new queues, new AE program, new nodes. I wanted to find out why these service operations come pre-activated.

Another common issue we found out was with open ports. Typically companies block Imap and pop ports.

Having a dedicated catchall email account would help narrow down issues.
