SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Backend Access: Faster Customer Approval Process! |

Over the last year SAP has made several improvements to the process for providing SAP and partner consultants backend access to our customers’ tenants, including automating the process when customer approval emails are generated from the Admin Center. Customers are encouraged to follow the automated process going forward as the manual process will be retired in due course. To help ensure that backend access requests submitted by SAP and partner consultants (CARs) successfully go through the automated process, we have put together four different guidelines. The Department of Homeland Security has mandated an upgrade to a new version of the E-Verify API (v31) used by many customers in Onboarding and Onboarding 1.0.
