New Early Adopter Care Program for Localized Biographical Information |
Currently in Employee Central, the fields "Region of Birth" and "Place of Birth" have a free text input, with no cascading relationship defined, and no additional validation. This enhancement improves the data quality and usability for both these fields, by adding a new section in the Biographical Information block, where customers can add country/region-specific Biographical Information. The feature is currently scheduled for General Availability (GA) as of the 2211 release. As it will cause some behavior changes of data implementation for “Country of Birth”, “Region of Birth” and ”Place of Birth”, we’d like to evaluate the impact and refine the delivery scope together with you. For this program we’d like to invite around 20 customers from different country/regions to adopt and evaluate this feature. If you would like to be part of the program, please apply here. |

If you haven’t started to prepare your organization for the Reimagined Home Page, it is recommended that you not wait for the Universal Upgrade but rather, self-migrate now to avoid any potential disruption for your users. With our First Half 2022 Release, the following key features will also be introduced: a quick actions analytics tile, custom card visibility based on role-based permissions and custom card collections. With the First Half 2022 Release, SAP SuccessFactors plans to offer Early Adoption of the Rehire with Old Employment functionality within Onboarding. This functionality, which is currently available within Employee Central, will be made available to Onboarding customers to allow for continuity of employee data and improved efficiency within the hire process. With the First Half 2022 release the new Course Home experience will become the default configuration for Learning customers. This robust and responsive new Course Home is quick and easy to adopt. Customers are encouraged to start testing the new experience now to familiarize themselves ahead of the First Half 2022 release.
