With increasing numbers of customers performing the upgrade tasks at the same time, significant data volumes are being created and we want to take an opportunity to perform improvements and validations ensuring a seamless experience with the upgrade. As such, we are requesting for you to pause all Reimagined Home Page upgrades to allow SAP SuccessFactors to prepare for the volumes. We plan to allow customers to resume upgrade activities once we can provide a seamless experience for all of our customers. With the First Half 2022 release several new Employee Central centralized services will be implemented. The job information history imports, job relationship imports, global information history UI save, and personal information history UI save will become universal with this release. In support of an enhanced experience for administrators, NextGen Admin was introduced to allow access to administrative tasks more easily. With the First Half 2022 Release, SAP SuccessFactors plans to offer Early Adoption of the Rehire with Old Employment functionality within Onboarding. This functionality, which is currently available within Employee Central, will be made available to Onboarding customers to allow for continuity of employee data and improved efficiency within the hire process. As we continue to provide a unified and personalized experience across the SuccessFactors HXM Suite integrated functionality becomes essential from an application perspective. In order to move in this direction, SAP SuccessFactors Learning as a standalone tenant integrated with SAP SuccessFactors Platform will become static. Adapting OData V2 APIs for Time Profile and Work Schedule in Time Management |

Customer feedback has suggested the importance of improved maintenance of configuration objects while also having the ability to enhance historical tracking of changes. In support of these recommendations, we will be introducing the concept of Effective Dating for some critical Time Management configuration objects. As SAP SuccessFactors continues to improve functionalities which include easier to use extensions and integrations, we will be deprecating SuccessFactors Extensions within Extension Center with the Second Half 2022 release. As we advance security while ensuring continued access to the latest SAP SuccessFactors improvements, Learning Native Login will be replaced with SAP Cloud Identity Authentication.
