Earn an SFX digital badge when you get accredited for Time Management - the new SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Exam (THR94_SFX) is added to the SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Learning Journey. A shortcut to the Time Management Learning Journey is on the ‘Welcome to SFALC’ tile in the SAP SuccessFactors Administrator Learning Center (SFALC). The SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification for consultants is now available. The certification exam will be required for Time Tracking provisioning access starting August 6. When preparing for your Time Management implementation, remember to find and select consultants certified and current in both Employee Central (C_THR81) and Time Management (C_THR94). |

As previously communicated, we have lifted the pause within preview instances to allow for self-migration activities to resume as of June 15. We are pleased to inform you that we are planning to allow self-migrations to resume in Production Instances on July 15 (ahead of the previously communicated date). Further details related to the Universal rollout will be shared in the coming weeks. All customers are encouraged to self-migrate as soon as possible; to assist in your journey we are offering adoption labs starting July 20. As of mid-June, we have now rolled out the ability to upgrade to OAuth 2.0 for DocuSign in Production. DocuSign will only support OAuth 2.0 for integration starting on October 4, 2022. Mobile Device Management (MDM) is a third-party solution to securely manage mobile devices within an enterprise. SAP SuccessFactors HXM suite integrates with these solutions to ensure a secure deployment and activation of the SAP SuccessFactors mobile app. With the July 2022 Mobile release, we will be requiring all parameters within the Restrict activation to managed devices as we enhance the security of this feature. As we advance security while ensuring continued access to the latest SAP SuccessFactors improvements, Learning Native Login will be replaced with SAP Cloud Identity Authentication. Starting with the Second Half 2022 Release, Native Login will no longer be supported, and customers are encouraged to migrate as soon as possible. With the Second Half 2022 release the new Course Home experience will become the default configuration for Learning customers. This robust and responsive new Course Home is quick and easy to adopt. Customers are encouraged to start testing the new experience now to familiarize themselves ahead of the Second Half 2022 release. As SAP SuccessFactors continues to improve functionalities which include easier to use extensions and integrations, we will be deprecating SuccessFactors Extensions within Extension Center with the Second Half 2022 release. Most capabilities available in the SuccessFactors Extensions are already available in the Admin Center. The usage analytics reporting within SAP SuccessFactors provides visibility into usage and performance. These reports are built on an outdated technology and do not meet required standards as per our revised guidelines. Therefore, we will deprecate the existing Usage Analytics report functionality with the Second Half 2022 release. As we continue supporting customers to ensure data integrity with employee information, with the Second Half 2022 release Issue Date will be added as a new business key validation field within the Work Permit portlet. These business keys are also leveraged by integrations and will require adjustment to manage this change. Legacy Compensation Executive Review Filters Deprecation First Half 2023 |
The Executive Review process assists customers in planning and managing compensation across their organization, which includes filters to assess and compare compensation data. The Legacy Executive Review Filters are now planned to be deprecated with our First Half 2023 release (Admin Opt-Out) as we have enhanced this functionality with the Advanced Executive Review Filters feature. The Employee Self-Service Time Sheet Interface for attendance recording is the latest innovation as part of the Reimagined User Experience. This new user interface support accessibility standards available on both desktop and mobile. Adapting OData V2 APIs for Time Profile and Work Schedule in Time Management |
Customer feedback has suggested the importance of improved maintenance of configuration objects while also having the ability to enhance historical tracking of changes. In support of these recommendations, we will be introducing the concept of Effective Dating for some critical Time Management configuration objects.
