We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the Dynamic Teams Early Adopter Care (EAC) Program. In the 2H 2022 release, SAP SuccessFactors plans to make available to all customers an Early Adopter (EA) version of Dynamic Teams. The objective of the accompanying EAC program is to provide support to customers to enable the experience in their own environments. By participating in the program, customers will also have a chance to learn about and influence future innovations for the Dynamic Teams experience. The program is planned to run from January 17 – June 30, 2023. Registration is open starting September 28, 2022 and will close on December 16, 2022. Learn more here, including how to register. |

We are offering an Early Adopter Care (EAC) program for Collaboration and Work Techto help customers who are interested in implementing the integration of Continuous Feedback with Microsoft Teams in the first quarter of 2023. In this program, we will offer regular “community” calls and occasional 1:1 meetings to support customers to adopt this new integration. The program is planned to run from February 6 – June 30, 2023. Registration opened on October 10, 2022 and will close on May 25, 2023. Note that customers who join the Early Adopter Care program will also join the Design Advisors program to stay informed about the concepts and direction of the product. Learn more here. |

The Production Universal Upgrades are underway on target to be completed by December 9, 2022. Currently, more than 3000 customers are successfully using and deriving value from Reimagined Experiences. We hope you are in the final stages of completing your self-migration to avoid the universal upgrade. The universal upgrade is a mechanism for SAP SuccessFactors to upgrade customers who have not completed the process. Waiting for us to upgrade your instance will create a less than ideal user experience and will still require configuration to meet your needs. We encourage you to complete your self-migration prior to the universal upgrade window that was communicated in August. To assist in your journey, we offer numerous resources and weekly office hours which are available on our SAP SuccessFactors Community blog. |

These reports are built on an outdated technology and do not meet required standards as per our revised guidelines. Therefore, we will deprecate the existing Usage Analytics report functionality with the Second Half 2022 release.
