What's at the top of shopper's wish list this year?
Oracle Retail’s survey of more than 8,000 global consumers about their shopping habits reveals that consumers have heightened expectations for inventory availability, personalized offers, and fast delivery. In fact:
  • 29% of shoppers agree that out-of-stock items defines a bad shopping experience and 22% will go to a different retailer when a product is out-of-stock
  • 66% of shoppers want brands to reach out with discounts and offers on items they’ve purchased before and 32% want brands to predict items they might be interested in buying in the future
  • 51% of shoppers expect orders to be delivered within 2 days of purchase
