Gartner research published in Harvard Business Review highlights crucial workforce trends that business leaders must address to remain competitive employers in 2023 and beyond. With an unpredictable business environment and economic downturn, organizations are facing significant challenges in attracting and retaining talent.
To understand how organizations are responding to workplace trends such as online collaboration tools, hybrid working, and evolving return-to-office policies, the authors are conducting a survey of OATUG & OHUG member organizations.
