Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer the Director of Talent Systems, Operations & Payroll is part of the Human Resources and Strategic Talent Management leadership team. This position is responsible for providing innovation, leadership, overall management and administration of the university's human resource information system (HRIS) and human resources/payroll functions.
