Oracle announces 50 AI agents AI agents use generative AI to carry out multistep processes, completing entire tasks such as providing research for a sales call or onboarding a supplier. These agents are a “tremendous change” in how enterprise software gets information in and out, says Oracle’s Steve Miranda—and businesses are keen to replace rule-based workflow software with these context-aware helpers based on GenAI. Oracle announced more than 50 AI agents for its Fusion applications that use large language models to adapt to novel scenarios, understand users’ roles in an organization, and respond to natural language prompts instead of code.
