Service Taps Cloud System to Build Relationships with
Donors
Australian Red Cross Blood Service wants to build stronger
relationships with existing donors in order to improve customer
experience and save on recruitment costs. In November it plans to
launch DonorConnect, a donor relationship management system powered
by Oracle Customer Experience Cloud that will tie all
communications and marketing channels together. DonorConnect will
streamline messages and help staff members know when donors are
