Since its inception, we have received positive and constructive feedback from many of you. Resource Roundup   A monthly selection of our favorite resources… For those of you that are fans of sitemaps, it’s your lucky day! Premium Content Management retiring Upload Portal   The content upload portal will be retired August 1, 2017. This portal is used by some customers as an alternative method to provide course packages to the Premium Content Management (PCM) team (formerly iContent) for deployment and testing. After August 1, all customers must use the course deployment functionality provided in the SAP SuccessFactors Learning application. Deployment is performed through the Content Import tool in Learning Administration. The scope and delivery of the PCM testing and support service remains unchanged; this change only affects how course files are provided to the PCM team.         7. New Research from our own customers: Best practices for continuous performance management and talent reviews   Those of you using performance management and succession management may be interested in two new research studies completed by the SuccessFactors HCM Research team.
