DRAYTON MANOR PARK UNIFIES OPERATIONS WITH ORACLE HOSPITALITY

Drayton Manor Park, a UK based theme park, will unify its operations across its hotel, zoo and attractions with the implementation of Oracle Hospitality Simphony Cloud.

The move will allow Drayton Manor Park to access a wide range of functionality, including point-of-sale, payments, inventory and loyalty management, which will help enhance the experience for the 1.5 million guests it attracts every year.

A RECAP OF ORACLE INDUSTRY CONNECT: NETWORKING AND LEARNING

On April 12-13, the technology industry descended on Orlando, Florida, for the 3rd annual Oracle Industry Connect, a cross-industry summit dedicated to sharing ideas on pioneering solutions and innovative leadership.

Throughout the event, we explored what the Era of Individualization means from a hospitality perspective: Looking at how leveraging technology to deliver customized services and differentiate the brand is now a prerequisite in today’s market place.

Content also featured other hot topics, such as implementation of systems for guest- and staff-facing mobility, the evolution of loyalty in hotels and transitioning to the cloud, in addition to thought-provoking sessions from respected industry experts including Craig Miller, Chief Information Officer at Sonic and Bill Lineham, Executive Chief Executive and Chief Marketing Officer at Red Lion Hotels.
