The SAP translation solution is now official part of the new consumption-based commercial model for SAP Cloud Platform. So far, customers could follow a subscription model only. From now on, every SAP Translation Hub customer can make a choice and opt for the Cloud Credit model instead, see screenshot below:

SAP Support Portal Now Integrates SAP Translation Hub API for Notes and KBA Translations:
SAP customers can now benefit from SAP Translation Hub features for SAP notes and Knowledge Based Articles (KBA) translations. Try it out and get your notes and KBAs in the SAP Support portal in Japanese and Portuguese via the Languages tab of SAP Note. With the help of SAP Translation Hub. More languages to come.
