SAP Community Updates, Vote the Appreciation Awards, SAP Leonardo for Next Gen Business, and New, Old ABAP Editor
As she has shared before, Gali Kling-Schneider restates the main goal for the second half of this year: Improving the SAP Community user experience. A critical component of this improvement is rethinking and reworking the organization of community content. In his recent blog post, "On the Topic of Tag Pages," Oliver Kohl tackled this subject, outlining how several teams are working on a new SAP Community concept that moves away from tags and toward topics, to simplify how content is accessed and delivered. This approach represents a shift in our strategic thinking — namely, recognizing the fundamental flaws in the current platform and making radical changes to the user interface and personalization, to deliver the best possible community experience.
In this blog post, Caroleigh Deneen shares the list of members who have been nominated for Appreciation Awards – congratulations! Listed members received at least one nomination from another community member during the nomination period. The Appreciation Awards are a way to bring the community together and recognize some of our best SAP Community contributors. The next round of community voting determines the final Appreciation Award recipients. Voting is scheduled to end on or around
August 15, 2017. We will then audit the results and announce final award recipients in September.
