Q1 2018 Release: SAP SuccessFactors Data Protection and Privacy Features
At SAP SuccessFactors we have the pulse on shifting regulatory frameworks and are committed to helping you comply with current regulations. On April 7, 2018, our Q1 release to production environments included Data Protection and Privacy (DPP) features to facilitate compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations. Our strategy not only includes capabilities in support of regulations in place today, but also puts stronger safeguards in place to help prepare for future regulatory changes.

Feature retirement focus: Role-Based Permissions (RBP) Migrations to prepare for Q3 2018 Fiori universal upgrade
Role-Based Permissions is a prerequisite for the Q3 2018 Fiori universal upgrade and recently released Data Protection and Privacy features. We strongly encourage all customers who do not currently have Role-Based Permissions enabled to take steps to begin your migration.
