| SFTP Purge Policy Revised Update! |
| |
| As part of SAP SuccessFactors continuous efforts to enhance service quality, and in alignment with industry best practices, we are revising our SFTP file retention policy. Beginning June 2nd, 2018, all files older than 14 days stored in both system-generated and customer-created folders and directories in SuccessFactors SFTP accounts(s) will be purged. Contact your IT departments, and/or Partner, responsible for internal and third-party data transfers/integrations, to review this change and identify any potential risks.

| Updated SAP security classification - please read this! |
| |
| SAP has updated its security classification for documents. Previously, when you opened SAP SuccessFactors PDF documents on the Help Portal, you saw one of three classifications at the bottom of each page: PUBLIC, CUSTOMER or INTERNAL.
|
| |
| Starting at the production release of Q2 2018, the CUSTOMER and INTERNAL classifications will be replaced with a single classification name: CONFIDENTIAL. The names of the information classification do not affect the authorizations on the help portal. Instead they mean that the information is public (in the case of PUBLIC) or that it is not public information (in the case of CONFIDENTIAL). |

| Feature retirement focus: Comp v11, Mass Create Forms, PMv11/v12 |
| |
| The Q2 2018 Preview Release (May 5) is now available, and the Production Release (June 2) is right around the corner. Effective Q2 2018, the following features have key milestones; see more information and the link to the community blog by clicking on the feature titles below. |

PMv11 and PMv12 End of Maintenance (EOM) - In Q2, both legacy forms will be moved to EOM; after these dates, no further bug fixes or patches will be delivered and Customer Support will be limited to “how-to help”. SAP encourages any customer using these older form templates to migrate to the newer PMv12A (Acceleration) version. |

Mass Create Form Instances & Schedule Mass Form Creation (Retirement) - In Q2, these Admin Center tools will be retired and no longer available; customers should be using the Launch Forms tool for all form launches. |

Compensation Worksheet v11 (Retirement) - In Q2, the v11 worksheet will be retired and no longer available; customers who are not already on the newer worksheet (Comp Worksheet v12) will be automatically upgraded. |
