Coming off a rough upgrade last year. Any lessons learned, tools or pitfalls to avoid?

Make sure someone owns integrations after go-live. Ours went orphaned for a while.
Strongly agree with documenting decisions as you go. It saved us during the audit.
It depends a lot on how customized you are. Inventory that first.
Oracle Support had a decent note on this, worth searching for.
