Terms of Use
Effective October 9, 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and OnlyERP ("OnlyERP", "we", "us") about your use of https://onlyerp.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Who can use OnlyERP
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the Site for a company, you confirm you're authorized to act for it, and "you" includes that company.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google, LinkedIn or Microsoft account. Keep that account secure; you're responsible for activity under your OnlyERP account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think it has been misused. One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise.
3. What you post
You keep ownership of what you post: jobs, listings, profiles, discussions, replies and articles you send us ("Your Content"). You give OnlyERP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, show, format, promote and share Your Content on the Site and in our communications, for as long as it's on the Site and for a reasonable time after, such as in backups.
You confirm that Your Content is accurate, that you have the right to post it, and that it doesn't break any law or anyone's rights.
Please don't post:
- client names, credentials, license keys or anything confidential,
- false, misleading or discriminatory job posts, or jobs that charge candidates a fee,
- spam, scraping, malware, or attempts to get around the Site's security or limits,
- harassment, hate, or anything illegal,
- other people's personal information without permission.
We may edit, hide or remove content, and suspend accounts, that break these Terms or harm the Site or its users. We aren't required to review everything posted and aren't responsible for what users post.
4. Listings, jobs and paid services
Basic company listings are free. Some services are paid, such as featured listings, training provider listings, featured jobs and sponsored articles. Prices are shown on the Site before you pay and may change; changes won't affect a period you've already paid for.
- Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are due in advance and are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
- Coupons. Promotion codes are entered on Stripe's checkout page, have the terms and end dates stated with them, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be combined unless we say so.
- Duration and renewal. Featured listings, training plans and featured jobs run for the period purchased, such as 30 days, 1 month or 12 months, and don't renew automatically. We remind you before they end, and you can renew to stay listed.
- Monthly job postings renew automatically. A paid job post is billed each month until you mark it filled or cancel. We email you at least 5 days before each renewal. Marking the job filled on your account page stops billing right away, and you can also cancel or update your card through the billing portal. Partial months aren't refunded.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails and isn't fixed within 7 days, the job post closes.
- Refunds. Because placements start right away, fees are non-refundable, except where we fail to deliver what you paid for or where the law requires a refund. Ask us within 14 days if you believe something went wrong.
- Separate agreements. Posting jobs, listing a company, featured advertising and consultant placement each have a short agreement you sign on the Site. If an agreement and these Terms conflict, the agreement wins for that service.
- No guaranteed results. We report views and clicks, but we don't promise leads, hires, sales or search rankings.
Sponsored and featured content is always labelled.
5. Ask ERP AI
Ask ERP AI uses an artificial intelligence service to answer questions and may search the web. Answers can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. They're general information, not legal, tax, financial or professional advice. Check anything important with the software vendor or a qualified professional before you act on it. Daily and monthly limits apply. Don't enter confidential or personal information about others.
6. Jobs, consultants and other people's content
OnlyERP isn't the employer, recruiter or agent for jobs or consultants on the Site, unless a separate signed agreement says so. We don't verify every job, company, credential or claim. Do your own checks before you apply, hire, pay or share personal information. Never pay to apply for a job.
7. Third-party sites
The Site links to other websites, including partner job listings from Adzuna and Jooble, vendor sites and articles. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them. Their own terms and policies apply. We may earn a fee when you click certain partner links.
8. Our content and trademarks
The Site's design, text, guides, software and the OnlyERP name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Site for your own business and personal purposes. You may not copy, scrape, resell or create a competing database from it without our written permission. Other company names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, OnlyERP and its owners, members, employees and partners won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and compensate OnlyERP for claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that come from Your Content, your use of the Site, or your breaking these Terms or the law.
12. Ending your use
You can stop using the Site and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms or puts the Site or its users at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, disclaimers, liability limits and indemnity, survive.
13. Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing a claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Any dispute that isn't resolved will be decided exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis, Texas, and you and we consent to those courts.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is important, we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, tell signed-in members. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
15. General
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any service agreements you sign are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a right isn't a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them to a successor.
16. Direct messages
If you turn on direct messages, members can send you message requests, and the messages you exchange are stored so you can both read them. Messages are checked automatically for profanity, unsafe links and abuse before they’re sent. OnlyERP staff don’t read private messages, except a conversation that one of its members reports, which moderators can then review. You can block anyone at any time.
