Context: planning next year's roadmap. I've read the docs but would love real-world experience.

We ran parallel for two months. Painful but it caught a lot.
Test with real data, not just the happy path. That's where we found most issues.
Agree with the above. Also check the user group forums, lots of good threads there.
Training was the difference for us. Short videos beat long manuals.
