We automated most of it with a testing tool. Worth every penny.
Watch out for security roles. They took longer than everything else combined.
Great question. We ended up with a hybrid approach and it's held up.
We used a contractor for the tricky part and it paid off.
Training was the difference for us. Short videos beat long manuals.
