We're coming off a rough upgrade last year. Curious what others have done and what you'd do differently.

Oracle Support had a decent note on this, worth searching for.
We had the same issue. Turned out to be a config setting, not a bug.
We ran parallel for two months. Painful but it caught a lot.
Test with real data, not just the happy path. That's where we found most issues.
