We're on the latest release with a small team. Curious what others have done and what you'd do differently.

Agree with the above. Also check the user group forums, lots of good threads there.
Test with real data, not just the happy path. That's where we found most issues.
Version matters a lot here. Which release are you on?
We had the same issue. Turned out to be a config setting, not a bug.
