The American Hospital Association (AHA) calls the situation a “national emergency.” Here’s how creative organizations are developing new staffing options to attract and retain nurses, doctors, and other clinicians. Bank risks and rewards Using Silicon Valley Bank as an example, Oracle Financial Services consultants look at how a failure to mitigate several risks can lead to a crisis situation, especially for midsize banks that expose themselves to risks as they look to grow in their fiercely competitive markets. 6 loyalty program trends As consumer wants and needs evolve, so must retail loyalty programs.
