We're coming off a rough upgrade last year. Curious what others have done and what you'd do differently.

Our rule: no customization without a named business owner.
Make sure someone owns integrations after go-live. Ours went orphaned for a while.
Test with real data, not just the happy path. That's where we found most issues.
Training was the difference for us. Short videos beat long manuals.
Talk to the end users early. They'll tell you where the real pain is.
