We're about six months from go-live. Curious what others have done and what you'd do differently.

Don't skip the cutover rehearsal. Do two if you can.
We ran parallel for two months. Painful but it caught a lot.
We used a contractor for the tricky part and it paid off.
Strongly agree with documenting decisions as you go. It saved us during the audit.
