Strongly agree with documenting decisions as you go. It saved us during the audit.
Agree with the above. Also check the user group forums, lots of good threads there.
Watch out for security roles. They took longer than everything else combined.
Following, we're about to start the same thing.
Make sure someone owns integrations after go-live. Ours went orphaned for a while.
