Context: on the latest release with a small team. I've read the docs but would love real-world experience.

We ran parallel for two months. Painful but it caught a lot.
Small wins first. It builds trust with the business.
Agree with the above. Also check the user group forums, lots of good threads there.
We went through this last year. Start smaller than you think and expand once it's stable.
